I made this card using Fashionette Lil Lolita 60's Mod Ivy from Tickled Pink Stamps. The challenge is to create a card or project with stitching, via faux, hand or machine stitched. We hope you can play along with us this week. I picked up this paper at a local scrapbook store my Mom just discovered - and the best part was they were open 'til midnght on the weekends!

Did you know? A matryoshka doll, also known as a Russian nesting doll or a babushka doll, is a set of dolls of decreasing sizes placed one inside the other. The first set was carved in 1890 by Vasily Zvyozdochkin from a design by Sergey Malyutin, who was a folk crafts painter. His eight doll set was inspired by a set of Japanese wooden dolls representing the Seven Lucky Gods.
