Winter Friends

I'm so excited - it's the first day of Autumn here in northern hemisphere and I'm so ready for some cool refreshing breezes come it.  Here in Texas it always feels like a second Spring and some of the best times to be outdoors after the long beating heat of the Summer.  Ahh... yes, sounds like I have some Spring Fever coming on and time to get out and weed the flower beds!!

The image I have today is from Some Odd Girl called Winter Friends and the sketch I used is from I Scrap My Way.  I wanted to go with a non-traditional color tone and selected some browns, blacks and a cool blue to offset the creams in this young cutie!  He has some friends that come in the same stamp set that I'll feature later on.  :D

The sentiment is also part of the Winter Friends set and was the perfect size to add near the bottom.  Then I fished it off with some metallic Dew Drops on the corners and a little bit of lace.  :D  That's about it.  I hope ya'll have a great weekend with lots planned and thanks for dropping by my blog today.  :D
