Jr. Hatter Laural

I have a special post to day for a special friend using spec... ok, well you get the point, it's off the charts!  LOL   I wanted to wish Zoe a very Happy Birthday today!!  (Today being Saturday Australian time.)

The images I've used are Jr. Hatter Laural from Little Miss Muffet Stamps and Whimsical Elements from Make it Crafty - the perfect combination.  The chipboard bird is also from Make it Crafty.  I used Prismacolor Pencils. The hat colors were inspired by Zoe's coloring too - meaning the color choices of bright greens and blues and I've started to use more of those.

Hope you have a great weekend and make sure to wish Zoe a Happy Birthday!!

Fancy Sunbonnet Patriotic Flag - Switzerland

The challenge at Little Miss Muffet Challenges this round is about making your project small, as small as an artist trading card (ATC) or even smaller.  This is the perfect opportunity to pull out my ATC Journal!  For this project I've used Fancy Sunbonnet Patriotic Flag (with a blank flag) and the new Marine Creek Door Metal Die from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

The flag on this image is actually blank and can be colored any way.  I'm going to be fortunate enough to go to Switzerland this year so I've gone for the red and white.  :D  Behind her is the new metal die door at LMMS which can be configured several ways.

Thanks for dropping by and I hope you'll play along with us this challenge!

Surfer Dad

Cowabunga, dude! Signing on today to post a dude card celebrating someone's birthday.  Guy cards are rare because I enjoy coloring the frilly girlie images so much.  :D  But when this one came around, I knew I wanted to color that ironing board with something bright!  This was an image that Zoe gave out as a freebie in her Make it Crafty Newsletter - thank you Zoe!  Check out... Surfer Dad.

Thanks for dropping by and hope you have a wonderful week!
