Dudley's Balloon

I love these little dinosaurs by Little Miss Muffet Stamps so I couldn't resist coloring up Dudley's Balloon for a birthday card. These dinos are so fun to color and can really go with any color scheme! I decided to go for pastel colors of turquoise, yellow and gray and bring in a little chic feel with the hounds-tooth decorative paper. Then I used the 3D balloons I have from Stampin' Up which coordinated quite nicely.

Here are the Copic colors I used on Dudley's Balloon:

YG01, 23, 17, 67, 97
YR30, 23, 21
BG12, 23, 49

Ice Cream Penguin

Here's my second project for the release this month show casing the Ice Cream Penguin. I've had some rainbow paper hanging around my desk that I has been begging to be used. I tried it on a previous project but it didn't work out so well. But I tried it again and it became the basis of my color choices. Anyone want some rainbow sherbet?

These are the Copic markers I used on Ice Cream Penguin:

E42, 43, 44
R05, 29, 89
BG72, 75, 23, 13
R11, 21, 05, 85, RV14, 13
YR13, 04, 07, 18
Y32, 35, 38, YR24
YG21, 06, 23, 63

The green paper is also Whimsy Stamp paper and then I used the new Mermaid Scales stencil on it with Distress Ink. Then I drew a few of the lines with a green marker near the bottom of the page.

Birthday Memories - Poodle

I've made over 25 cards using the Birthday Memories designer series papers from Stampin' Up! and so I'm sharing them one Monday at a time.  For this project and followed a card layout and idea from Jari (Car-iology). I also used some Make it Crafty chipboard embellishments for the sentiment and added some gems for sparkle.
